Life Experience
in Marubeni
Firstly
I am very proud to be one of a new member in Marubeni Thailand
family.
Secondly
it is my great honor that the company provides me an opportunity to share
my idea in this “new staff” session.
To
join Marubeni, sparked my interest and perception that this is the
company where would let me broaden my talent, initiative and experience
by having lot of tasks to be achieved.
However
I wish my below attitude can bring your inspiration to look forward to
discover yourself to business transformation so that you will be able to
do what you like and be happy in what you do.

What’s your business vision?
A : Being
the professional in the organization who is respected from both internal
and external colleagues.
Q : What’s your working purpose?
A : Working
honestly, transparently and to be a part in leading the organization to
the front line of textile trading in Thailand.
Q : How to get working achievement?
A : 1.
Team Work; I believe that working
efficiency and success must have a co-operation from everyone in the
organization. I also believe that people are the most important factor
which will contribute things success and will ultimately determine
company’s future.
2. Self potential Development; I think everyone should intent in self improvement;
learning by doing, outsourcing study, business trip, coordinating, making
sales promotion and presentation our products and services to the valued
customers from various market. I always search for the difference instead
of sacrificing routine works.
3. Responsibility; Honestly, Discipline and be able to response the
customer satisfaction.
Q : What make you feel proud in your life?
A : 1. I always appreciate
all support from my supervisors and my colleagues. The most important is
to implement all efforts to bring company’s benefit and impress
customers by products and services.
2. Even though I have grown up
from the government official family. We have a strong faith for being
under government service officer through many generations; all of
relatives have done great successful in their own line. My attitude is
different; I am very interested in business field. I have been trying to
build a new role model through different approaches to reach my
challenges. Therefore my attribution of problem solving and
confidentiality lead me to be a respectful businessman. I also believe you can pursue your
dream and make it done like I did.
